Delivery

Order Processing
Orders placed with valid documentation submitted by the customer before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) – £6.99
  • Next Day Delivery (DHL) – £9.99 (Mon–Thurs, order by 2pm)
    Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Courier Delays & Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout. If delivery fails twice, the courier may return or dispose of the parcel according to their policy. We will always try to help where possible.

Where next day delivery has been selected, we will always despatch your order promptly but are not responsible for any delays with the courier.

Damaged Deliveries
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please send full details of the issue, with supporting photographs, to info@wylienumberplates.co.uk.


Returns & Refunds

Bespoke Number Plates
All number plates are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.

Accessory Returns
Accessories (surrounds, fixings, etc.) can be returned within 14 days, at the customer’s cost, if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection.

Refund Eligibility 
Refunds are only available if: 

  • A cancellation is approved before production starts 
  • Required by law (i.e. manufacturing defects or incorrect production) 
  • We cannot complete your order due to legal or technical reasons 

Refunds are not available in the following situations: 

  • Customer Error: Any mistakes caused by incorrect information you provided during the order process. 
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the plates, as these are bespoke/customised items. 

Defective Items 

If you believe your item is defective, contact info@wylienumberplates.co.uk within 24 hours with your order number, photos and proof of purchase. All claims are reviewed by our production team. We may request the plates be returned for inspection. We will provide full instructions if this is required. 

When you’re eligible for a refund, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days
